Sloppy Vegan “4 Seed” “Super Power” Quick Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
1-2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
1-2 teaspoons milled Chia seeds
1-2 teaspoons Ground flaxseed
1 cup frozen black berries and blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
Optional – almond, soy, rice, hemp milks
Directions:
Bring 1 3/4 cups of water to boil and then add in 1 cup rolled oats
with sea salt. Bring to boil and add in berries and simmer 2-3 minutes
until starts to thicken. Stir periodically. Scoop oatmeal out of pan when
thickened and add in flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Chia seeds,
cinnamon add nutmilk if desired. Then add honey if desired. Can be eaten
immediately or kept for a snack.
